Some of the issues I write about are challenging, and may be distressing. I hope, however, that my work also provides a useful and comforting source of information, and reassurance that you’re not alone in whatever you’re going through. Please note though that I am NOT a psychologist or healthcare professional.

I’m always happy to receive feedback and comments on my articles, or suggestions about issues or angles I should be focusing on, but I’m not qualified to give individual advice.
