Resources and support

Some of the issues I write about are challenging, and may be distressing. I hope, however, that my work also provides a useful and comforting source of information, and reassurance that you’re not alone in whatever you’re going through.

Please note though that I am NOT a psychologist or healthcare professional.

I’m always happy to receive feedback and comments on my articles, or suggestions about issues or angles I should be focusing on, but I’m not qualified to give individual advice. If you need support with any of the issues I’ve written about, please get in touch with any of the relevant (UK-based) organisations below, who are much better placed than me to help.

If, however, you would like to get in touch about your own experiences, or a story that you’re keen to tell, please feel free to drop me an email.
